The project

This is an example of requalification of an old industrial site in Milan,  a modern mix-of-functions. The offices building of the old factory of Coca Cola have been maintained along  with a central huge courtyard surrounded by residential duplex units.  170 offices and apartments. 180 garage. Indoor gym and pool.
