The project was designed for a large family with many friends. Where on the ground floor there are areas for play rooms, gym, cinema, swimming pool and game room, the construction on the ground floor has a passage in the center used as an external living room which has been oriented east to west in order to use the predominant winds -Alise”- to cool the space naturally.
